Judge, You’ve talked about so many tough attitudes… how can anyone live up to it? Life doesn’t seem fun the way you say about not being an NFL fanatic or letting loose with your friends. All work and no play seems too boring. I need to get out of the house on the weekend. I’m home all of the weeknights with the kids.

The RIGHT ANSWER: So on the weekend the kids see that the weekend nights are for running around and being stupid? Just how is THAT teaching anything good to your kid. You have no idea how to show your kid to have reasonable activities during the week. You work, you come home, you watch tv. Adjust some of the homework to weekends. Even out the week….Don’t bury yourself in the kids all week. Have your own activity too. TEACH how to be steady 7 days a week. The school night versus weekend night is not a game of seeing how late you can stay up on the weekend. Teach your kids how to have REAL priorities…teach your kids how to HAVE Fun doing things for the elderly… ok… I’m part way through this answer and your question was about needing to get out on the weekend. I’m all for an evening now and then out….. why does it have to be between 9pm and 3am for it to count. YOU can’t have fun between 5pm and 10pm??? Why not enjoy NFL.. why not enjoy NASCAR…keep it reasonable, show the kids how to get a real life.

Judge, I’m a 38 year old woman with 3 children and I’m getting a divorce. My husband has moved out and has his corvette in the garage. It is in pieces. He says he can’t move it until he puts it back together but he rarely finishes projects. We have debts and he doesn’t have a bank account or a steady job. He quit his job at a car dealership when creditors tried to garnish his wages. He now hauls cars for a living and gets paid in cash. I have to park my car outside and the creditors are coming after me for his debts that he left for me. I’m planning on giving him more time. What should I do?

The RIGHT ANSWER:
Put a new lock on the garage. Do not negotiate. Make a plan to get rid of the corvette/parts for cash. Put the cash against the loan. Make a plan that doesn’t include HIM. If he gets his hands on the corvette parts, he will sell them and keep the money. If he says he will put the car together, don’t believe him or let him. If he says he can get more money than you could for the parts, don’t let it go that way… he WON”T get it done so some money is better than NONE on the bills. Don’t listen to him. TELL him you are going to do it for one reason… he has to come up with CASH to give to you for loans..not payments…lump sum…. And he can take the parts after you get the cash.

SINGLES TAX PENALTY AND GREEDY PARENTS - GIVE A JET SKI TO A SINGLE PERSON

Taxes… singles penalty… singles pay the same for a house that married people do… the same mortgage interest, the same taxes…singles property taxes pay for your kids. Did you stop at one kid? No… did you stop at two kids? No… 5, 6, 7. who pays???

You had them. Did I have a say in it? Do you have a say in how many kids I have? How many dogs I have? How many vacations I take? How much savings I have? No.. .why??? and I don't have a say in your life. these are choices…PAY for YOUR OWN CHOICES.

The singles tax penalty are all the extra’s I have to pay for you and all the taxes YOU get out of paying because you have two wage earners in a household. If a married couple buys a three bedroom house and they each earn 50,000 dollars, they want to move into a neighborhood that is a nice quiet safe neighborhood. So they buy it. They share the cost of the taxes, and insurance, and heating bill, and water bill to water the lawn, and the maintenance bills, and the upgrades and the electric bill and even the down payment it took to be able to move into the house as soon as they can.

Single people… who make that 50,000 dollars have to wait several more years to be able to get the down payment…. But say they do..and want a safe house in a quiet safe neighborhood…that’s their right? Right? So the single does it. Right next to the married couple. the single person or childless person as to put up with kids basketballs, screaming in the neighborhood… but ok.. kids can be cool.. assume the best …. BUT how about all the taxes and fees on those household bills…. That the couple shares… each is only paying half their share per person for those fees and taxes on those bills…. The single is paying twice per person. Therefore that is a HUGE tax penalty.

On government handouts called child tax credits or rebates, people with children get MORE MONEY. They don’t spend it on warm shoes for the kids… warm sweaters that the kid doesn’t already have… its for insurance on the jet ski…. Why should singles without children have to pay for YOUR insurance for YOUR jetski…. This is a HUGE tax Penalty!!!! The singles have to make up for your tax credits.

20 to 30 to 50 percent tax reduction should be granted to singles so they can eliminate the tax penalty that they are currently paying. If you know a single or childless person, thank them, take them to dinner. Buy them a travel voucher for a weeklong cruise, buy them a jetski, a boat, a motorcycle…

Comments? Are people with children greedy and thoughtless?

UNFUNDED MANDATE IS AN UNFOUNDED ARGUEMENT - FUND YOUR OWN SCHOOL

Part of the reason that you listen to Judge Wyld each week is to hear about how Single Professional men and women can spend their time in a productive and Very very exciting way that doesn’t center around being a mindless professional sports fan, or a fad fan of a brain numbed reality show….and if you think American Idol is reality then you truly are numb brained….. That’s right, there are real things to apply YOUR talents to…. So just what has the Judge been up to lately….

Tutoring at the school… mentoring versus tutoring. The kids KNOW their math… turning in the homework.

Trying to tutor my student in the Library. Other commotion in the Library. Three adults. Kid’s projects to take with them. Staging area for a field trip… yelling across the library to get above the noise. Even the little girls trying to have a mindless chat could hardly hear each other… what??? This is not how I was taught to act in a Library. (Mrs. Hoover Librarian from my youth, I miss you.)

My student… was concentrating… fantastically…distracted of course but for the circumstance…he did great… School bond issues list new seats at near the track…. A new track surface, new basketball hoops… some new classrooms…

But what about the gap??? The gap between Caucasians, Asians, blacks/African Americans, and Hispanics…. Tutoring. Mentoring addresses the Gaps…

if you improve things in the classroom, ALL kids will get smarter… but what about the gaps… school bond money raising never lists tutoring space.

Why would a parent or anyone else walk into a school to tutor if the school doesn’t have their act together. I’ve pushed and pushed with editorials etc… No child left behind funding??? Mandate? Mandate? It’s not a federal mandate to teach the kids.

Its your JOB to teach your kids. Its your LOCAL job to fund the kids. If you are sooooo poor that you can’t do it. Then we'll help… but how can a moderate income location scream that there is an unfunded mandate.

I think you have an unfounded argument. FUND YOUR SCHOOLs!!!!!

SINGLE MOTHERS GET A BACKBONE FROM JUDGE WYLD

Sometimes people don’t like Judge Wyld speaking to them. Some of them can’t handle it. Sometimes talk that INSPIRES people is still too much for the weak… for those who can’t look at themselves. I have fun in all I do and that means even in a spirited debate.

Some want to start calling names? Play all passive aggressive with the JUDGE? I dish it back twice as thick for shock and awe….. or I turn my back as if they don’t even matter….

But why in the world would I turn my back on them… Isn’t that what polite society has done to them already? Isn’t that why someone who truly cares will step up and challenge them.

There is one divorced lady in New Jersey…right now… who is turning her life around… years ago in her early twenties she had started a nursing program…. She quit it when she was married. Then divorced, but stayed in a rut.

A few years ago She found Judge long distance. Never met him and still has never met him. She thought that he would come running to meet the part time lunch lady at a New Jersey elementary school. She would send photos… normal photos… she would think we were friends… and some guy would rush to be with the lunch lady…tator tots… French fries… dishing out corn…..

There would be no judgment if that is all she was capable of…. For her….. I have no idea how she paid her bills… I wasn’t going to send anything… why should I? She never asked. Even so why would she expect anyone to travel to see her? How many people in New Jersey? How many lunch ladies??

When I was on the road to visit family for the weekend. I’d call her to kill time while driving… She didn’t seem to know much about how beef came from cows… but she did know some of the in’s and out’s of politics and current events….

She had a huge character issue about letting her ex husband run not only his household with his new wife and kids but HER household and her son….

Seems that her life was never going to get on track. There is no way you’d advise a man to go run into that situation. So I told her straight.
Are you always going to be a lunch lady???
Are you showing your son how to be all you can be?
Are you showing your son that a man controls his ex wife’s life?

If you can’t get your life on a better path then too bad for you…but you are showing NOTHING good to your son and you are a BAD MOTHER…. She'd rationalized as a victim and was always, "WHAT can I do?"

Her son wants to go to his friends house instead of studying. The son tells her what to do in her own place. When he wants to show up at home. Comes and goes as he wants to… "but he’s such a gooooood kid. "

Time to get a mothers backbone. Time to get an ex wifes backbone. Time to get a backbone against your own cowardness to go do something in your life…. I was going to find out if she was LAZY. Worthless. I had no interest in her except to make a difference in her life. Finally have someone tell her she was WRONG. She didn’t like to hear it…

I became more direct and let her be as mad as she wanted but I didn’t have to be crucified for caring enough to keep the subject infront of her!!! When she calmed down to listen; after her accusations at me of how mean I am. I didn’t let her change it around…

I kept asking what she might do with her life. I sent her to the library to look things up. Real estate agent, insurance saleswoman, para-educator, ……she said nurses aid…. Etc…. so she went to the library…

I gave advice about college assistance and she went to the college to sit down and discuss it. I took away all of her excuses and sent her on her way… and sent her an old digital camera to be accountable… take photos of EVERYTHING…

AND to approach the entire journey with the goal of someday being someone who is going to teach other ladies someday that THEY can make something better of their life.

WHY are YOU GETTING a GIFT on Christmas… who received gifts on the birth of Jesus…. JESUS did…. Not everyone else… Mary and Joseph… did they bring a new dress for her??? A new smock for Joseph??? NO…they brought the gifts for JESUS…. Obedient to JESUS…

So what do you need another NONSENSE holiday season to give you more things!!??? It’s not about you being a good wife or man or lover… it’s not about YOU at all!!!

If you want a winter holiday…DO IT ON NEW YEARS EVE and NEW YEARS DAY, then great, drink some hot chocolate… sing some generic Holiday tunes…. Feel good through the long, dark, cold winter…. That would be great….

Let’s just know the difference and set aside this mania that kills Walmart workers with stampedes and stresses out grandma who only has a few dollars. Leave uncles and aunts alone… the kids belong to their parents

Quit teaching about buying someone’s love and affection….

let the kids have one small gift… something useful… a simple football, a simple cuddly dolly to hold…

Stop creating today’s freak mall children … if you were the freak kid in your rotten raising then take responsibility NOW and don’t pass that on…..

teach of love and giving to people who need it, not the lazy…. We all know that we pick friends who are like us… therefore we KNOW they don’t need gifts….

Teach kids to seek… to reach out beyond the circle of friends and family….

GREAT STORY - THREE WHITE 'CHINESE' KIDS DISRUPTED SANTA CLAUS ON HIS RED BUS OF CHILDREN

Santa double decker open air bus looking thing… Santa all red and fluffy white… black boots and belt… the BUS was RED. Santa would hand small candies to hand out…. It would pick up children downtown on the main street.

Main street had changed from old time angled parking to parallel parking…. The Red Open Air Bus would load up…. You could see the tops of kids’ heads and Santa standing… He’d wave to kids along the street…They’d call out to him. The bus would circle a 6 block or so area…slowly. Load up more kids….

Along one of the side streets was still angle parking… and mom had an errand to run on Saturday…maybe to run into the drugstore to buy a present.

Drugstore is now a Pharmacy.

Drugstore, Main Street Discount Store, A Department store, Hardware store, Grocery Stores, Post Office, Jewelry Store, Insurance Man, Newspaper office, bowling alley. We actually had an airport and an AIRLINE…. Dad was in charge of the AIRLINE. Simple…

Mom left the car angle parked near the corner of main street with three of us in the car…. Me, and my two sisters, one older, and one younger than I. As kids we often acted up… often thought we were funny…. So we hatched a plan….with our car windows open, with the Santa open air RED bus SLOWLY approaching… the plan was to act like we were arguing…all three of us…..arguing..then louder, then hitting each other, then LOUDER, ……. And the kicker…. The real clincher……. Was that for that small town, that we would pretend we were arguing in CHINESE….. not one word of CHINESE was known by us… so as the RED DOUBLE DECKER OPEN AIR BUS WITH SANTA STANDING IN THE MIDDLE WITH KIDS ALL AROUND HIM….Listening to SANTA HOHOHOHOHOHO and what do you want for Christmas little girl… microphone with speaker system…booming HOHOHOHOHOHO….

As the bus slowly approaches…. Three white dumb kids start faking CHINESE arguments…getting louder…. And kids start looking over the bus edge… and Santa keeps booming HOHOHOHOHO…. And none of the kids were paying attention to him any more….

Us Three kids start chopping at each other like Chinese CHOPS….. and wailing in fake Chinese and chopping and faking pulling hair…. .of course we spent most of our fights around the house ACTUALLY pulling hair…. But we were in this caper together!!!!!

Santa booms…. Over the big booming speaker system on the bus, Kids…. DON”T FIGHT… KIDS…. KIDS…. KIDS!!! And the bus driver kept driving… slowly… around the corner…Santa turning to keep an eye on us and telling us NOT TO FIGHT… and the bus kept going around the corner and down the street…. So we stopped…and laughed and laughed and replayed the event in our laughter to each other. We calmed down some before mom came back… and mom didn’t know… which was just the right period to the event….

We had pulled it off… The great memory for all of the children on the RED Santa Claus BUS to remember… that the white Chinese kids were killing each other and screaming in a language they didn’t know…. The great Chinese kids memory of the Early 1970’s….in my hometown….. Perfectly raised strictly Lutheran angels…. Taking advantage of Santa and taking all his kids attention away from him…..

KEEP CHRISTMAS SIMPLE - A MEANINGFUL CHRISTMAS

Keep Christmas Simple...

People do a lot to ruin Christmas. They try hard to worry over dinner, or traveling. They fret over decorations which usually are holiday decorations and have nothing to do with Christmas. In your own homes, you destroy Christmas.

Christmas was a simple time of year when I was growing up. It really was simple even for our parents. When you have good parents, you don’t have chaos… you don’t have stress. You have calm, you have memories that are relaxing and worth desiring to live through again.

On this show… we give people permission to have a relaxed life… care about good things, DON”T CARE ABOUT things you SHOULD NOT BE CARING ABOUT!!!

So I’ll tell you Judge Wyld’s first 17 years… and I think you will understand…

Only four foot tall white plastic stickler Christmas Tree… Tinsel… hang it just right…even.. not too much…

Drive around neighborhoods looking at the lights on houses and yards, driving slow, windows down to hear the music… 5 kids and two parents in a sedan…

Christmas Eve was church Christmas play done by the children. Had one line to say… on the way out of the church was the annual ORANGE… fruit…an actual orange. One per person. [note: YOU HAVE TO HEAR THIS ONE ON http://www.youtube.com/judgewyld hilarious.... ]

Drive again looking at the lighted up Manger Scene… the majestic camels, the magnificent wisemen…. The straw around the manger and the kneeling Mary and Joseph. In the manger is the baby Santa.

A gift that evening… sometimes… just one of the clothes ones… a shirt every time…

Christmas morning, Dad is to be up early to tend to the AIRLINE…other employees had Christmas morning off…. So kids would get up, go to the living room….and wait… dad and mom come out… and the youngest girl would hand out the presents…. Clothes… socks, never shoes (too expensive)… one toy type present.

One year an Aunt sent a box with toys in it…. We extra toys that winter. I remember hard plastic Binoculars pink body/black ends. Senseless simple toys…

Dad would go to work, be back home for the early afternoon meal. That would be our Christmas….maybe popcorn that evening… didn’t need an evening meal.

The next day I’d go to Brad’s house…three houses down, and play with the huge race car track and the 7 or 8 other huge toys he received… I don’t remember him getting any clothes. We stopped playing with the toys after three or four days… the track broke, stepped on….. we went back to playing with a simple basket ball, tennis ball and bat, rocks, sticks, and playing in the trees growing over the river….

All kids are equal 5 days after Christmas… But I’m successful and Brad has been bumming around for 28 years…

Talk about 'no plan barack.' Leaking out appointments slowly. Can't handle much at the same time…no strategy for USA and being given a pass after Bush being criticized for no strategy for Iraq???

Barack had NO strategy for our country and you voted for him anyway. I guess he wasn’t prepared. Month and a half later, still no plans…

RUN UP to the Election… No thinking. No plan. No strategy for after he became elected…. He is now in his own quagmire… no plans..

get barack out of office… What is Baracks exit strategy to get out of the limelight… start pulling baracks troops out of Washington NOW…

he seems to want to occupy the presidency already.. let’s redeploy him somewhere else before he endangers more people…. But we can’t talk about that today…

So far No mission accomplished for Barack. At least the American soldiers had a mission accomplished. Barack: Not even a plan.

House still smells like old burnt grease… old grease…metal container…old… melt it to clean it out. Put on burner… went to computer room… smoke…bad air…step outside 30 Degree weather… just to breath…

Gift of life, gift of ride to emergency room…. GPS…

Automaker CEOs drove to DC…over 500 miles… Stockholders should be mad… high paid CEOs, 6 to 9 thousand dollars an hour… WHO in their right mind would have a KEY employee driving across country to get to a meeting!!!

Think about it…what if you were CEO and you had a high paid employee attending a meeting 500 miles away… would you pay them a full day just to drive there and back? How about a day and a half….. of course not…

How about the CEOs who gave in and drove…. The Board of Directors should Fire them on behalf of the shareholders… not for mishandling their company…. But for listening to the media… the idiot media… I want every member of the media who has ever flown in a leased or company owned jet to crawl to work tomorrow. Any media outlet who EVER flew on a candidate’s airplane… I want you to CALL JUDGE WYLD and I’LL SCREAM at you for a couple hours for making an issue of CEOs having to waste over 100,000 dollars in the CEO’s time when all it would have cost was 40,000. 20,000 for the jet and 20,000 for the CEO travel time… a savings for the stock holder of 60,000 dollars….

Sales people are sent on golf trips…top insurance sales people, car sales people… reward them… CEO’s have secretaries… aides… to make them efficient… did congress ask the CEO’s if they have a secretary??? FIRE YOUR SECRETARY or we won’t give you any bailout money…see how dumb that sounds? Why didn’t any congresspeople callout the media for the ridiculous childish jealousy game…. Bobby has a better bicycle than I do…. waaaaaaaaa

The RUDE questions prior to the HOLIDAY. ‘going home’ for Christmas….

What if answer is NO. going home for Christmas….INVITATION….

You singles out there…. Adult singles. Don’t fall into the holiday mental trap. The fake expectations trap. HAPPY DAYS ARE ANY DAY…. They do not hinge on the one or two days of the year. The HOLIDAY Freaks are out to trash your good life by trying to make you feel left out. THEY are the ones who are in the trap and haven’t matured into full functioning adults…. Codependent on each other for a HAPPY HOLIDAY…. Addicted to false social constructs….

The first 18 years of your life, you were told and maybe shown that Thanksgiving and Christmas mean a certain thing. You must be with your brothers and sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and of course mom and dad on those days. A big dinner MUST Happen. You must sit around and play board games, or cards. Remember, you already spent two to four hours chatting before dinner…. After dinner is for dreaming up dumb things to do with each other. YOU’D RATHER BE SOMEWHERE ELSE DOING WHAT YOU want to do!!!!!!! That was your first 18 years…

But we all know that life is set up in phases….. 18 years then 25 yrs (43) then 20 years(63), then a number of years just to die… that is about 10 to 15 to 20 years….

Just because the first 18 years was the first, it was all you knew up to that point. That doesn’t make it right. That doesn’t make it the ONLY way that those days have to go.

What if you came into this world as a full functioning adult?? And the holiday was spent sleeping later, reading the paper, going for a special bike ride, having a cup of hot cocoa and playing with the dog. Having the freedom that afternoon to work on a hobby with some quiet time with just YOU….. a very good relaxing day….

THEN you had to endure 18 yrs of dumb chit chat with people who don’t understand your hobbies or that you are active riding bicycle and working out. That day is noisy and chaotic and really dumb questions. People eat way too much and then play very lame and lowest common denominator board games or cards….. YOU WOULD LONG FOR THE HOLIDAYS AS THEY USED TO BE>>> quiet… alone…. Useful… invigorating….relaxing.

You know what… It was a Thursday….. Just another Thursday but with a day off of work. Guess what… So was Friday…. What’s the difference?

Singles… permission to have fun on HOLIDAY Thursday… it’s a day off of work…. Enjoy doing something YOU want to do… It’s another vacation day from work… ride bicycle… go to the park rollerblading… hibernate under a blanket watching a great movie, start that book you want to write. Jeepers… what do you like to do on a day off…. Go do it…..

SEGMENT 3

Christmas shopping. NO such thing… Last year we talked on air about two activities happening on the same day… holiday gift giving is separate from Christmas celebrations of the birth of the savior, and your Lord, Jesus Christ.

How important is it to you to toss around holiday presents to family, friends, acquaintences? How important to you is it to receive holiday presents. Think about how hollow it is and think about WHY. WHY are YOU GETTING a GIFT on Christmas… who received gifts on the birth of Jesus…. JESUS did…. Not everyone else… Mary and Joseph… did they bring a new dress for her??? A new smock for Joseph??? NO…they brought the gifts for JESUS…. Obedient to JESUS…

Married people… Lovers… etc… Valentines day… you get gifts for being a good LOVER. Your Wedding anniversary… your first Date… etc… you receive gifts for being a good wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend…. Yiiipppppieeeeeeeee…

Your birthday… everyone. married, relationship, or even single…. Birthday presents….

So what do you need another NONSENSE holiday season to give you more things!!??? It’s not about you being a good wife or man or lover… it’s not about YOU at all!!!

If you know someone’s birthday… or anniversary… then you don’t need to give gifts to THEM during the winter holiday. STOP IT NOW…. If they whine at you then you really know that those people aren’t needed in your life…. Leeches…self serving takers and USERs… You don’t need them in YOUR LIFE……

Christmas is not about giving… never has been… it’s about the celebration of Jesus coming into this world.

If you want a winter holiday…then great, drink some hot chocolate… sing some generic Holiday tunes…. Feel good through the long, dark, cold winter…. That would be great….

If you celebrate Jesus then have the children put on the skit and all sing some Jesus is born type songs and be happy and spirit filled…..

Let’s just know the difference and set aside this mania that kills Walmart workers with stampedes and stresses out grandma who only has a few dollars. Leave uncles and aunts alone… the kids belong to their parents…. If you really don’t ever spoil them through the year… let the kids have one small gift… something useful… a simple football, a simple cuddly dolly to hold…..

Stop creating today’s freak mall children ….. if you were the freak kid in your rotten raising then take responsibility NOW and don’t pass that on…..

teach of love and giving to people who need it, not the lazy…. We all know that we pick friends who are like us… therefore we KNOW they don’t need gifts…. Teach kids to seek… to reach out beyond the circle of friends and family….

And if you teach it at Christmas… also teach it on valentines day with how you and your spouse give to truly needy instead of an expensive tennis bracelet or golf clubs on Valentines day or Your Wedding Anniversary…. Kids selling junk… overpriced food, junk food, substandard food, food you don’t want. Chocolate, peanuts, popcorn, trinkets, magazines? Cookies?

Donations… beg. Why send money to these companies. Doing good by sending money to these companies? I’d prefer the kid telling me what the money is used for. NOT things about the lousy product.

Donation tax deductible…save receipts… value for same item at a store. The rest is donation. Save the box top, save the receipt/check stub. Better yet. Give the money, get a receipt/checkstub. Help them more… 12dollars. 50 dollars.

Gypsy sales…cosmetics, pots and pans, kitchen items, plastic bowls, jewelry, MLM/DS multilevel marketing, direct sales..not a consultant.. sales lady, gypsy… rather see them beg for donations by articulating the real need than peddling unneeded junk.

I tend to just give cash.

One child came to the door.. items just random… no ordering… just buy now… ragged clothes… rough running and rough looking car…. No item… just gave money…

sucker I am… dude approaches me and says car broke down, needs gas… I was fooled?… not really… didn’t really believe.. checked it out by following the guy to where he said the car was out of gas… just in case I wasn’t lied to… I was lied to… I knew it…just hoped.

DON'T SEND YOUR KID OUT TO PANHANDLE FOR YOUR SCHOOL... PAY FOR YOUR SCHOOL YOU DEADBEAT PARENTS.

Tutoring at the school… mentoring versus tutoring. The kids who I tutor actually do KNOW their math… need mentoring and to start turning in the homework.

Tried tutoring a student by using a place that should be quiet - Library. Inside the library there were three adults. IT was a staging area that day for Kid’s projects to take with them on a waiting bus to go somewhere. Why use a quiet library as a staging area… yelling across the library to get above the noise. Even the little girls trying to have a mindless chat could hardly hear each other… what???

My student… was doing well concentrating… fantastically…distracted of course but for the circumstance…he did great… how did three adults allow a library to be treated like a gym. They even saw me and the student trying to study.

School bond issues list new seats at near the track…. A new track surface, new basketball hoops… some new classrooms… But what about addressing the performance gap??? The gap between caucasions, Asians, blacks/African Americans, and Hispanics….

Tutoring. Mentoring addresses the Gaps… if you improve things in the classroom, ALL kids will get smarter… but what about the gaps… school bond money raising never lists tutoring space.

Why would a parent or anyone else walk into a school to tutor if the school doesn’t have their act together. I’ve pushed and pushed with editorials to the local paper…

No child left behind funding??? Mandate? Mandate? It shouldn't have to be a federal mandate. Its your JOB to teach the kids. Its your LOCAL job to fund the kids. It's not the childless peoples' job to pay for your child's schooling. If you are sooooo poor that you can’t do it. Then prove it… but how can a moderate income location scream that there is an unfunded mandate. I think you have an unfounded argument. FUND YOUR SCHOOLs YOURSELF and make them LEARN...PAY FOR IT.!!!!!

SINGLE MOTHERS GET A BACKBONE - CHALLENGE OTHERS TO USE TALENTS

Sometimes people don’t like Judge Wyld speaking to them. Some of them can’t handle it. Sometimes talk that INSPIRES people is still too much for the weak… for those who can’t look at themselves. I have fun in all I do and that means even in a spirited debate. Some want to start calling names? Play all passive aggressive with the JUDGE? I dish it back twice as thick for shock and awe….. or I turn my back as if they don’t even matter…. But why in the world would I turn my back on them… Isn’t that what polite society has done to them already? Isn’t that why someone who truly cares will step up and challenge them.

There is one divorce lady in New Jersey…right now… who is turning her life around… years ago she had started a nursing program…. She found Judge long distance. Never met him and still has never met him.

She thought that he would come running to meet the part time lunch lady at a New Jersey school. She would send photos… normal photos… she would think we were friends… and some guy would rush to be with the lunch lady…tator tots… French fries… dishing out corn….. that would be fine if that is all she was capable of….

For her….. I have no idea how she paid her bills… I wasn’t going to send anything… why should I? How many people in New Jersey? How many lunch ladies??

When I was on the road to visit my mom for the weekend. I’d call her… She didn’t seem to know much about how beef came from cows… but she did know some of the in’s and out’s of politics and current events….

She had a huge character issue about letting her ex husband run not only his household with his new wife and kids but HER household and her son…. Seems that her life was never going to get on track. There is no way you’d advise a new man to go run into that situation.

So I told her straight. Are you always going to be a lunch lady??? Are you showing your son how to be all you can be? Are you showing your son that a man controls his ex wife’s life? If you can’t get your life on a better path then too bad for you…but you are showing NOTHING good to your son and you are a BAD MOTHER….

She would always retort, "WHAT can I do?" Her son wants to go to his friends instead of studying. The son tells her what to do in her own place. When he wants to show up at home. Comes and goes as he wants to… "but he’s such a gooooood kid."

Time to get a mothers backbone. Time to get an ex wifes backbone. Time to get a backbone against your own cowardness to go do something in your life…. I was going to find out if she was LAZY. Worthless.

I had no interest in her except to make a difference in her life. Finally have someone tell her she was WRONG. She didn’t like to hear it… I became more direct and let her be as mad as she wanted but I didn’t have to be crucified for caring enough to keep the subject in front of her!!!

When she calmed down to listen; after her accusations at me of how mean I am. I didn’t let her change it around… I kept asking what she might do with her life. I sent her to the library to look things up. Real estate agent, insurance saleswoman, para-educator, ……she said nurses aid…. Etc…. so she went to the library…

I gave advice about college assistance and she went to the college to sit down and discuss it. I took away all of her excuses and sent her on her way… and sent her an old digital camera to be accountable… take photos of EVERYTHING… AND to approach the entire journey with the goal of someday being someone who is going to teach other ladies someday that THEY can make something better of their life.

Friday night factory whistle…. Drinking driving home.

I want to know…. Do you drink and drive on the way home after a long week???

The weekend… rushing out for the weekend. The end of the week.. no overtime at the factory. Building clothes hangers, building screendoors, building cars, building industrial equipment, slaughtering cattle, building cars, building planes.

Five 8 hour days… 5 10 hour days, Five 12 hour days… the WEEKEND…….

I was following a car from an industrial area last night… I found it amusing that the pick up truck in front of me was very very careful…. 5 miles an hour under speedlimit… careful changing lanes. Excellent turn signal way ahead of a turn off ramp that no one signals for. Flips the signal from right to left way ahead of the area for merging…. Straddled the dashed lane marker… I was careful…. I was amused… He was soooooooooooooo careful… I went around.

3 weeks ago…same area….same time… I was passing an old time tired out small car… it was buzzing along with a loud little muffler…. I glance over… guy… bottle…. Drinking… not a can or a soda bottle… not a plastic bottle… and no …not a beer bottle… I glanced… a tequila bottle.. a wavy look to the bottle, squared up, long thin bottle…. Lemon lime greenish liquid in a tequila bottle. He tipped it up higher than level… it was almost gone…. I double take’d…

Then, a truck trailor… in front about 20 yards in front of me… boom…blew a tire. Dirt from truck made dirt cloud…tire pieces. Check mirror so I won't get rear ended if I put on my brakes…

Have you followed drinkers in the afternoon? Friday??? Highway? Divided highway? Seen them drinking? How about throwing the bottle or can out the window? Swerving?

I turned down three drinks the other night…after a community meeting. It was later evening…

How about right after work… stopped off at the liquor store after work?… a drive left to go?… what do you think?… in front of you? Beside you? Or are you the one …..

PRISONERS OF WAR SHOULD NOT BE CROWNED PRESIDENT - THEY SHOULD EARN IT

McCain, Tankers, service doesn’t mean untouchable.

Why are you voting for McCain? Because he was a war prisoner?

I have an idea. I think we should go find anybody who was in prison for several years who was then found innocent and released and crown them president of the greatest country on the earth!!!! Let's hypothetically call that person James.

If James, the hero, was too young to be king YET…. Let’s give him a government job for him to mess up for awhile until he is over 70 years old…. Then we’ll pick him up on our shoulders and crown him KING of the most POWERFUL nation on the PLANET!!!!!

But what if James, hypothetical prisoner that we feel so sorry for and cheer their strength for innocently being in prison, later goes out and has shady appearing dealings behind the scenes? or hypothetically keeps a Tanker, a refueling aircraft, away from our troops for 5 years and then is suspected that he pressures the Air Force to an incompetent decision that keeps it away from the troops for another 5 to 10 years or puts it into unreliable foreign power control. …

McCain claims to have saved MONEY on the aerial refueling tankers. NO, that doesn't appear to be the case… he COST the USA and the troops DON'T have the new domestically produced refuelling aircraft and the Democrats will pound him on this issue if they are smart.

The past has an expiration date. A hero is a hero for only as long as the pat on the back lasts. After a hero has been a hero they must earn respect for the things they do thereafter.

Let's vote him honorary king of the year he got out of war prison camp. But now shouldn't there be hearings on the why the DOD appears to get manipulated by him. Why Capital hill so despises him. Why he can’t even get a refuelling tanker aircraft renegotiated 4 years ago and get a tanker to the troops. He seemed hell bent to hurt somebody in DoD or a contractor and his ill character didn’t keep him from hurting the American industries and the American troops.

I’m tired of politicians trying to ride forever on something they’ve done a few times. I’m tired of idiots who say that you can’t throw rocks at a hero for their behavior now after the applause should have died out years ago…

Men versus boys….

You call them Men on a basketball court in college. You KNOW they are Men fighting in a war? And if they are out running around town, THEY BETTER BEHAVE OR BE IN JAIL.

But when something happens on campus they are your precious BOYS and GIRLS in college…if they are arrested, they get let go or you whine to the police chief that it's just a boy.

THEN you complain "PROTECT MY boys and girls in college!!!" And you want a war battle ground to be as safe as our elementary schools.

But let's rub your nose in your own doodie. You gave them a car at 16. Encouraged that expectation when they were 14 and 15. You dropped them off at the mall. YOU let them take the car to mall at 16 years old. You set them loose on the streets from age 16 to 18 instead of keeping them home for training.

And then you want to get mad at other people …like local government, because your precious little one was hurt while out of your sight. I don't want to pay for extra cops to watch YOUR KIDS.

We are not going to bubble wrap the entire world for your kid. If you want them to be running loose like men and women, then quit expecting your local governments, highway departments, or businesses, or parks departments to soften the city for your weak, irresponsible child.

We’ve already paid for the schools for your child and then you expect the school to be entertaining for your kid instead of a place of learning the basic knowledge to get a job.

It’s not our business to develop hobbies for your kid… I don’t want to pay for art classes. They can learn about composition and color etc in physics class… if they want to use the information for a hobby of sculpting or drawing, let them do that in their own time.

Same with music… Let them take acoustics engineering classes for architecture or something useful. If they want to have a hobby of playing instruments then do that on YOUR OWN DIME. I’m tired of paying your kid to learn hobbies in a school that I’ve paid for, that I’ve bought thousands of square footage for. I learned to swim....at the public pool not in the public school.

Unfunded mandates my butt. You should fund the basic education of the children. I’d be for giving them a pre votech (vocational tech) class or two where they are exposed to what is available at the tech colleges for when they get out of high school. I’d be for a couple all school assemblies for them to learn about how to pursue hobbies in the arts and music after high school… But I’M PAYING for YOUR kid’s hobbies????? NO way…

Why are schools paid for out of property taxes? What in the world is the relationship there? That only people with kids, own houses? Shouldn’t there be a renters tax for school systems? Based on the number of kids at that dwelling? Should there be a birth tax?

Have the parents start paying for elementary school the instance the kid is born? I pay taxes for everything else I buy that I enjoy. If kids are so good for society then why? Why aren’t they valuable enough to the people who have them to pay for their services?

We haven’t even talked about the churches and the square footage and expense. I love kids. I tutor them, I mentor them, I drive them to free surgery care. I decide to do that… I’ve always gotten along with the kids of gals I’ve dated even better than the woman…the mother of the kids.

DECIDE! If they are your precious BOYS and GIRLS KEEP THEM HOME. IF they are MEN and WOMEN let them GO AND ACT RESPONSIBLY..... in college, in war, around town. COMMENTS???

BASKETBALL LOST THE RULEBOOK - GIRLS' GAME PLAYED BY BOYS

Does Basketball have rules…

I never understood the rules. do you watch their feet? Do you watch the ball carried…a pause in the dribble… double dribble….

For the game to make any sense, it should have rules. NOT bodies on bodies…. BUT NBA can make up their own 'made for TV' entertainment. Make it as splashy as the entertainment demands. It’s not a sport. The referees about a relevant to the game as WWF referees. Hockey and NFL have better professional rules and clear calls made than Basketball or WWF.

These are boys playing a girls game during the football off-season so we shouldn't take it TOO seriously anyway… But as long as they insist on it, Ref’s should keep the game to basketball rules. Not street games of no real rules, no real fouls.

A double dribble is supposed to be illegal… carrying the ball two feet horizontally on the top of the dribble???? Call it! Dribbling should be an up and down activity. NOT feet stepping, stuttering hops, slide pivoting, and scooting along the floor. The sequence should be clear, throw the ball FIRST, THEN move your second foot.

Do we need more referees on the court?? Are they doing their best? If it’s not crooked then we need one ref to step up and start enforcing the rules….

Is it just boys playing a girls game? Are there rules? Comment!

Speaking of a huge risk… what about that McCain guy…. What kind of a risk is he going to be to the ideals of conservatism? We know the conservatives can’t go to the side of the far left liberals of the Democrat candidates….

No one is running for president to represent sane, normal, good, nature loving, patriotic Americans. There is NO Republican candidate this time around. A non-republican has grabbed the top spot…… why? How did this happen???

The only votes by people for McCain will be an anti-Barak vote. The guy who is left over after Barak…

There are certain people who just should be voted against… cheered against, told to go hide in a hole and live out their lives… leave the rest of us alone…. That list is Barry Manilow, Al Gore, Bette Midler, Susan Serandon, Earnhardt Sr. no wait, he took care of that himself, bill clinton, Mrs. 'Cheated on' Clinton, which is ok because she didn’t mind, and of course, we should plug up the hole with Robin Williams…

did I leave anyone out? Oh yes…the worlds worst smell on the planet, Keith OBGYN (Olberman).. that’s right.. the worst smell in the entire world, universe, cosmos, is Keith OBGYN... congratulations Keith…

so McCain may actually win on a Republican ticket and be called forever a republican in the history books… He will be there to shift the balance to the Democrats ideals on all the close conservative issues of the day..

you know…those issues that are important for stability… LIKE THE WAR ON TERRORISM. GREAT that the loudmouths give Bush credit for the war… A WIN.

The only problem is that the war being fought is not the one everyone is complaining about but we are winning both of them…. Let's WIN the 1000 year war… you complain about 100 years??? You complain about 5 years? You were even complaining about 2 years!!!!

How short sighted of you to think that war is a fast food drive through. You deserve to have someone throw a drink out of the fast food window into your face. War is NOT a drive through. Planetary stability is not a quick sugar rush. Just how can YOU be so self absorbed that you can’t see past your warranty on your new car…

people who complain that it took us only 120 years to destroy the planet that survived worse for millions of years can’t see the 1000 year plan by other cultures that want to pound the US into the ground.

At least we built up the great USA in only 200 years….they will take a 1000 years if they have to, to tear it down. You don’t start in year 998 and try to figure out how to get your butt out of the fire…. If you feel some heat on your toes… it’s time NOW to put water on the fire BEFORE it BURNS YOUR BUTT. You know that McCain is trying to get conservative votes so he is talking about a reasonable 100 years.

Let’s face it…the war is over anyway…the war in Iraq ended with Mission Accomplished and if you aren’t proud of that mission to get troops into the Iraq and into Bahgdad then you don’t care at all about the pride of the troops who accomplished it… It was an ACCOMPLISHMENT and you complain about it… They didn’t over run YOUR house…. So back off of our troops who achieved a major mission.

There is no war over there now…. Bush WON the war. Now we are just policing up a huge gang of organized and secretly nationalized THUGS…. Deadly thugs and if you want to call it a war then ok… but get your lies straight… it’s a war when you want to blame things on the President but it’s not a war when you want to protect war criminals with legal rights….

Just like most democrats we hear unstable thoughts that couldn’t plan a 1000 year battle for the survival of this country….

If you know what’s best for you, you Republicans would have voted conservative in the primaries and if you conservatives know what’s second best for you, you will vote for the least Democrat in the race in November.. John McCain…

SOME VERY POSITIVE IDEAS FOR POSITIVE THINKING PEOPLE - BE POSITIVE

Positive. This is a matter of perspective…. I talk about a lot of positive things. I am constantly motivating and showing people a brighter more positive way of life. I often explain a different side to someone’s negative outlook.

When someone says it’s a positive to give a person a right to do what they want with their own body even when it’s to kill a baby that’s growing inside. Instead they are very negative about a baby’s right to live. Then I have to wonder why they aren’t positive about saving an unborn baby’s life.

When someone says it’s positive to ban guns so accidents don’t happen, then why are they so negative when a gun saves a person’s life against a crime being committed against them. Isn’t it positive to save a life intentionally?

So let’s find out… why isn’t it positive that someone doesn’t waste their life spending hours being a professional sports fanatic spectator?

Isn’t it positive that someone enjoy evenings helping a charity versus running around to the bars?

Isn’t it positive to give your money to a nursing home rather than spend it on another trip for yourself?

Isn’t it positive to give travel money for clothes for poor school children your own town instead of spending it on your transportation to an African or south American country for a mission trip?

Isn’t it positive to spend a Saturday morning shoveling snow for an elderly neighbor rather than a ski trip in the snow?

Isn’t it positive to give up watching a NASCAR race… or a day of vacation… to volunteer to drive kids to free hospital care?

Isn’t it positive to research the history and potential future of foreign policy than to scream like an idiot that it’s Bush's war?

Isn’t it positive to be calm and consider the thousands of scientists who feel positively that the earth is not in a severe danger due to humans living on it? Why be negative???

There are sooooooo many things to be positive about….

Why not be positive about the millions of nurturing, loving caring nanny’s and day care center workers versus some who misbehaved?

Why not be positive about millions of healthy, loving, caring, single middleaged men who live in your neighborhoods who make those neighborhoods great places to live? Why be so negative because of a handful of the ones that are bad and are talked about in the news?

I am positive there are great parent’s. I don’t assume all parent’s are bad because of the hundred’s of news stories each year of bad parents.

I am positive and believe that MANY MANY parent’s sacrifice their energy to stay on top of a child’s character. Many positive parent’s say no to their kids. Raise a positive appreciative child because they don’t give their kids their wants but teach them to earn their needs. Those are going to be Positive and productive adults.

Isn’t it wonderfully positive to allow a dog to live outdoors where they can smell, and chase, and use their instincts that the animal is supposed to have versus using animals as a living cabbage patch doll for your own selfish reasons? Don’t you want to be a positive person?

Isn’t it positive to teach the basics in school and positive to teach the kids to expect a serious academic environment.

Isn’t it positive to send a message that recreation is a reward only after good hard, serious work?

Isn’t it positive to pay for your own schools that teach your kids?

Positive to get rid of teachers that aren’t teaching our kids? Pay more for replacement teachers and not more money for the same existing failing teachers? We want a positive school environment in which our kids are actually getting smarter. Being smarter is a positive thing to want for our kids!!!! So it’s positive to NOT look to the federal government and and IS positive to impose high standards and to pay for the quality teachers only.

I’m a positive person…. I love kids…. I love the elderly…. I love giving, sharing, thinking, self-disciplined, motivated, people. I’m the most positive and generous person I know and I’ve been told that I’m the most generous person that others know.

You too can be a positive person without having to take ‘junk’ accusations off of others because they don’t want to hear and see the difference between the lousy way they live their lives compared to a positive, thoughtful, principled, healthy, and purposely self-less loving person that YOU are.
